Hello all. Accra VO finally contacted me today to request some documents:
My Spouse:
CSQ: Certificat de sélection du Québec from the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion for you and your dependent

Ø Passport photos: Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications) for applicant and dependent

Ø All evidence of ongoing spousal relationship between applicant and In-Canada applicant, which includes, but not limited to, all evidence of communication and support and any other documentation you may have to support your relationship

Ø Marriage photos: Marriage photos

My dependent child

Ø Provide all education documents

I used to live in Quebec when I applied but have since moved to Ontario. Quebec issued just me a CSQ as a protected person, but my spouse and dependent child do not have a CSQ because they are overseas.
How do they expect my family members to get CSQ when their application is still being processed? Can I just write a letter explaining that I am now in a different province?

Also, what are examples of communication between my spouse I can include?
The application process is so confusing. Please help.
Hello, pls did they indicate in your letter when they will return to your file to access the requested documents. They wrote 30days in my spouse letter which is same request as yours and same Accra Visa office. I just want to know if it is same because her 30days was Dec 25 and we were expecting they will access it after Xmas but no update yet. Pls let me know. Thanks

Hi guys, I'm from Brazil and that's my timeline

  1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 20, 2020.
  2. We started processing your application on October 2, 2020.
  3. We sent you correspondence on October 2, 2020. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required
The medical and bio should be asked before the "we started to processing your application"?

Good mot friends
Can anyone tell me London visa office mailing address?
Are they accepting applications via Emails or mails too?

Is that date correct? July 20, 2020?
Sent our application in February 15, 2020band we haven't heard anything since then. Not even AOR.

So, as someone already indicated in the past on this thread, you can send your application in as Family class as a whole family, and also pay all required fees. All the files would be treated concurrently.
Question is: Has anyone who submitted their application last year(2020) heard back from IRCC yet? If so which office did you send your application to?

Did they have to pay RPRF or medical exam fee?

Sent application to London Visa Office, since October 2020. Nothing heard since then.
Can you kindly give me the London office address?
One thing im a bit confuse about is how do they determine that this application is for the dependents of this Particular guy who just got his PR in Canada?
Do we have to send them the eligibility letter we got all ng with the dependents application or no need for that?
