Processing for dependents is slow and going to get longer as more protected people get PR. The 1 time policy gets the person in Canada faster Pr but creates backlogs outside of Canada.

Has anyone ever faced doing medicals again because IRCC didn't finalize the application before the medical expiry date? Is IRCC known for that? trying to figure out if this is a common thing that happens or a rare edge case.
