It’s email regarding services for new coming to Canada , online courses help how to get work and be part of Canadian community. Normally when applicant received this email it’s mean eligibility part has been passed.

No she didn’t get, we send all IMM requested forms, police certificates, birth, married and copy of passports. And she also passed medical 3 months before.

It’s better to call IRCC and check the eligibility , criminality and security status of your wife application

Do you apply for your wife only , or you have dependent kids , what is your back home country , when you become PR?
