When CIC instructions say to send "Documents from two(2) of the following three options", does it actually count against you if you send documents from all three categories?
We have a much better case to prove our common-law partnership if we send documentation from all 3 categories, as we don't have bulletproof evidence in any one category, and we'd rather submit 3 bits of weaker evidence than just 2.....

i maybe wrong but more evdience is better if you want to make your case strong

There was a directive issued by the Immigration Minister December 15, 2016 that outlined changes to the process. In that directive, they stated that CIC is to not process, but to return applications not containing the details requested in the proofs checklists.

That said, they did not state the volume of evidence. So, I would just submit what you have for all three. Worst that can happen, is they return it. But I doubt that will be the case..
