If I find the duties I performed in 2 NOC Codes to the extent of 50% each and I select one NOC to my best assessment, can I add it on the LOE that my job description is covered equally under the 2 NOC codes but I had to select one? Though it doesn’t make a sense, I am worried my case maybe refused for wrong NOC selection as I heard it should cover atleast 70% of your duties.
