Hi,
There is a message left in my account contains ‘you have a correspondence on December 5 2017. They asked me to send original copy of two documents. No.1 is for checklist no.2 for fee payment. The fee payment had been done and has been uploaded vie a browser through my CIC account.I send both original copies six months after that because it is not visible and inconsistently I touched a link that show me the details of correspondence.
The original documents were delivered on June 14 2018 and my status remained in process
