Hi guys,

My situation is that I was convicted selling pornographic videos in China, however which is legal in Canada except child pornography. My sentence is 18 moths probation started from 2023.The point is that I can’t present the porn video as the hard-drive was confiscated by police, and can’t give it back. I only have an authentication report of Chinese police department. The report did not mention anything related child or abuse content. My Chinese lawyer told it means there was no child or abuse contend in the video, as if there was, it can increase the punishment, and it will be written in the report.

I want to know that under this kind circumstance, can I have the chance to overcome criminal inadmissibility directly and get entry approved with no need of rehabilitation.

You need to speak with an immigration lawyer in Canada.
