hi friends , i overstayed in USA for 3 years , now i m in india , i am plan to apply for canada work permint visa , overstayed history in USA lead to reject the canada visa , i will be honest with canada embassy for submission of all documents,
pls if any one resolve my problem ,

Yes - the US overstay is almost guaranteed to result in a refusal of your work permit. To be approved for a work permit, you must show strong ties to your home country and prove you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. The US overstay proves otherwise.

You should forget about applying for any sort of temporary visa to Canada (work, visitor, study) - and focus on applying to immigrate instead. Overstays are forgiven with immigration applications (like Express Entry).
