Hi folks, I've been in the US for years and I am preparing an Express Entry application to submit in a couple of weeks. However, I am leaving the US in mid-October to work in the UK (on a 3-year UK work visa). I was just wondering if anyone is/has been in this type of situation, and whether CIC has a requirement that you must remain in the country from which you filed your canada PR application. I'm considering whether to just wait till I get to the UK in mid-October and then file from there. Any thoughts or experiences? Thank you
