Outside Canada application for PR CARD, husband is protect person in Canada

Please does anybody have same case? Did you know how long does my process gone? When my husband apply on November 2016 he include me and our children in general aplivation form , he is in Canada as protect person refugee, he recived PR card on July 2018.... I am waitting for Pr. outside Canada . Please just inform me how long my process gone.My application is in VIENNA embassy.
