I'm new to here. My boyfriend lives in China and he is trying to get a travel visa to visit me.
I am so confused about the steps to sponse him. I know I need go back to China to have a wedding ceremony. Then provide all the evidence and application to Visa office.
First, I need to do sponsorship application. How long it usually take?
Second, during the sponsorship application I can travel back to China to have the wedding ceremony and take the honeymoon.
Third, come back waiting for my sponsorship. If its okay move to undertaking application.
When can I help him to apply the open work permit. Right after I submit the undertaking application or what.
I'm so stressed by these steps, if anyone can tell me I will really appreciate. I just want to be with him as soon as possible
