I am the Sponsor. My wife is the PA

When creating an online profile for submission, we registered using my email address (email address has my first name). Will this be an issue?
Do I need to submit the representation form if we are doing so ?

Not required because of that, no. That said, I'd still have the sponsor as representative, can help sometimes. Up to you though.

In that case, what should be the correspondence details submitted on the forms?
If I am submitting the Use of Representative form with me (Sponsor) being the representative, should mailing address, contact phone number and email address be mine everywhere?
