Outland Sponsorship application - Notarized letters or not ?

Hello i am applying to sponsor my wife. We have been married for almost two years now and I was wondering.. My brother wrote a letter saying he will support me until I am able to find a job and get settled. I also have his NOA and his Bank statements. I also have letters from friends saying confirming and supporting my marriage. Do I need to get all those letters notarised ?? or is it okay if the letters were typed and then signed ? is there a specific format They should have followed to write those letters? I could not find any information on that ?.. Please help!

They don't need to be notarized. There is no set format.
