outland sponsor-income question :)

Hello! I am a canadian citizin living in germany(I have dual citizinship)with my german husband and our 2 children. We are planning to move to Canada (Ontario) in Oktober this year as I am starting a job there in November. We are applying to sponsor under the family class FROM OUTSIDE CANADA, filling out the forms right now, have almost all our documents together....except for the financial/income section! I am struggling to make sure I understand EXACTLY what the CIC wants from us! (Feeling rather overwhelmed at the moment!)
I work parttime here, will be working almost full time when we get to Canada...do I need to include my paystubs from the last 12 months from my part time job here? And what else? Should we include my husbands paystubs from here?
I have a letter from my employer in canada, a lease agreement for the house we are going to be renting and all other documents...
If anyone can give information we would be very gratefull! I feel as if I have read everything a million times and still haven't understood! ???

Because you're a Canadian living abroad, you do not need to prove your income.
You will have to show your intention to re-establish in Canada. But that would not be a problem since you allready have a job in November and a house.

I guess I don't need to include the 30-odd pages of paystubs I just printed out!! ;D
So the IMM 1283(Financial Evaluation)...do I just write N/A at the top??

Why are you filling out that form? IMM 1283 is used if your partner has a dependent child, who has a dependent child of their own. Is that the case for you? If so, then yes, you need to fill out this form and meet the LICO. Otherwise, go back to the guide and ensure you're filling out the right form, which is IMM 5481.
