hi there

1)I am just wondering if someone overstayed afew months , can she or he still file outland ?

and if pr gets approved and that person stayed till that point would overstyed will be matter at landing ?
I am actually wondering if there someone did this way ...

2)or if someone who overstayed decided to file inland should that person needs to apply for another visitor or work ?

what if that visotr or work permit gets denied then entire pr application gets canceled?

3)will overstay will be resolved by leaving canada ?

4) if you applied inland then thers no way to visit homecountry (just like family emergency )

thank you .

Keep it simple.... if overstaying means stay in Canada without any permit... or expired permit
then its not advisable..
but if the permits are up-to-date, then it should not be a problem...
