OK, so you have initiated the wrong process. Instead of the principal applicant processing being done in the correct visa office, it's stayed in Canada. Thanks alot for help. I checked everything again today and i found my mistake. Its on the checklist I selected the wrong box ( living in canada with spouse and it says the address to send thats where i have sent the file) but in the file all the documents are correct. Did the checklist made it inland ? Should i send the correct checklist aging to them now ? Will that help ?
If you withdraw the application, you should be able to retrieve all of your information and original documents from IRCC in order to resubmit. If you leave it to be denied, you will get very little back.
