I have a couple questions regarding information provided in the Immigration Guide for Western Europe.

1. Appendix A - 7. Identity and Civil Status Documents: is this required for only those family members being sponsored, or the sponsored applicant's immediate family even if not being sponsored?

2. Appendix A - 13. Photos: same question as above, photos of sponsor and sponsored applicant only, or the sponsored applicant's immediate family even if not being sponsored?

"family members" means only the people who are being sponsored for PR status. Generally, for spousal sponsorship, it is only the principle applicant and any children included in the app.If they are not seeking PR status, you do not need to send identity documents, pictures or have them fill out applicant forms.

the sponsor also does not fill out these forms or supply these items. the sponsor is only required to fill out sponsor forms and submit the requirements on the sponsor checklist.
