Outland applicant: virtual landing or sending package to local VAC fastest for COPR?

Hi all.

I’ll be in Canada for a week in few days time as an Outland applicant. I got passport request.

in terms of getting COPR, which method is fastest? Virtual landing or submitting documents to local visa application Center (VAC)?

If you're only in Canada for a week that probably won't be enough time.

Hi i am an outland applicant but i am currently in canada as a visitor and i can stay until October. I just received the request for passport email and did the webform saying i am in canada. Can you tell me what to expect after and when?
