Outland Applicant - medical now or later?

I am getting ready to send in my out-land spousal sponsorship application.

Do I send in the proof of medical examination now? or do I want until CIC asks for it?

Please, if you have already done the medical exam, send proof of the medical exam with the application.

If you do not complete an upfront medical, it might not get your application returned, but you're still expected to do it upfront and it could very well delay your application (which could be significant).

Do the medical exam before you send off your application and send proof along with it. The panel physician will give you a receipt/form with all of your information on it to submit with your application. This will allow the CIC to find your medical results.
