outland applicant in Canada: Address concern

Hi guys,
I am on study permit that valid till 2019. My GF is going to sponsor me for PR under common law sponsorship.
Since outland is way fast than inland, so we will go for outland for sure.
1: On the application form, what address should I put in, my home country or the Canadian one?
I did some research. If I put Canadian address, CPC-Ottawa or the embassy in NYC( previously Buffalo office is closed) will be processing in stage 2, right?

2:But if I put my home country address, based on my citizenship, that Hongkong VO will be processing it.
Compared with HK or Ottawa/NYC, which one is fast?

You should list your residential address as your Canadian address. CIC may or may not choose to send it to Ottawa. They may also send it to HK. You don't have any choice in the matter. Both offices are fast, as long as you have a properly prepared application.
NYC does not process family class applications.
