I am a resident but my 4 year daughter is not. She was with me in Canda due to COVID and got her COPR placed in her Passport and sent to us by FEDEX by the Jamaica VAC in October 2020. We had planned on leaving Canada and returning to facilitate landing at an airport but was advised by IRCC that they would not process us due to COVID protocols. Her COPR and PRV are now expired and I don't know what to do. I have sent webforms and all I get is an email response stating that they have confirmed what I have said to be true and I should contact the Jamaican VAC. I have been trying for months to contact the Jamaican office by email and telephone but unable to get a response. Please help! Any suggestions?
