Outbound Spouse application March

Hi,

My application was received on March 5th. Mine is outbound, so I sent it to 49 Dorchester Street Sydney, NS (courier address). However, the receiving party did not want to show the receiving signature so only the name of the receiver appears as IMO. Did anyone else have the same experience? Also, how long does it take to link the paper application online?

It can take up to 3 months to receive AOR and be able to link
