Hi,

I am currently living in Ireland I sponsored by wife, CIC received the application Sep 12, 2014 they asked for upfront medical check that we did Dec 12, 2014 which was sent by the clinic directly to the London visa office.

When I checked the application status today April 25, 2015 I only found that the application received Sep, 12, I had no contact since Nov when they asked for the upfront medical, since that I never heard anything, please advise I just want to make sure they are in progress and they received the upfront medical. Please advise?

You can email a case specific inquiry to London asking if they have received your medical. Other than that you just have to wait. Look on the London spreadsheet and you can see the amount of time its taking to get PR from London... still lots of May June July Aug applicants waiting... myself included.

You haven't received Sponsorship Approval yet?
 
Not yet, thats why I am concerned
 
Check your in box you may have missed a form and they emailed you. Call CIC asap and ask why.You should have received it by Dec the latest. I never received sponsorship because i missed a form. They sent me an email requesting a new form then after there the 60 days they gave me they then sent me an email saying i was approved. Something is not right here. Did you receive AOR??


When you received the request for medical in that letter they didn't send you a application #. Are you assessing ecas from the sponsorship cic #.

My husband has not heard anything from London what so ever. I was the only one that received an application file number and a uci number.

Please call them. If you haven't gotten anything in the mail, or your e-mail, from CIC regarding being approved as a sponsor, they may have mis-filed your application as Inland. You applied Outland, correct?

Gosh - I'm so sorry!!
 
They were asked to summit a medical which normally if its an inland application its near the end of completion which would be 17 months from the application. They do need to call them asap to see where there sponsorship email went.

If you were checking ECAS for your status then I assume you have a UCI/File number. Are you sure you are looking at the correct part? If I remember correctly to check your sponsorship approval you need to enter your UCI number which pertains to the sponsor. If you enter the file number it will just tell you about the applicants status hence it will just say 'application received' as you are only a September applicant and as Taffy said they are still processing apps from May/June.

Maybe Taffy can correct me but if its already been sent to London then I would have thought SA would have already been granted?
 
Only my application number is working online the UCI when I write it I receive an error, please advise?

For the UCI number you need to enter your sponsors details and not yours....then it should hopefully work.
 
Just use the fie # F000 thats the only number i have ever been able to use. Put the applicants info into it.
