Hi i am currently out of STATUS in Canada .
I will apply for restoration within next month time.
I just want to know that can i still start my Express entry application with my wife who is in India but having visitors visa to Canada.
Can we start our process so that if I don't get the permit or status back after applying for restoration then we can go back to India and come back soon I mean half process will be fine here and as soon as we get ITA we come back so we don't have to spend much time in india.
