I did apply trv visitor visa before my current permit expired and I got refused. My employer didnt renew my contract coz I got married. I did submit sponsorship application aug 2014 and they received my application. Application for owp is not included to my spousal sponsorship and im out of status right now. What is the best thing to do? Can I still submit an application for owp and the restoration fee or do I have to wait the first stage approval before applying an owp? Still bothered to my situation right now?

You have to wait for first stage approval.

As long it is an inland application you can stay in Canada but not work until you get the owp.

Yes - once you have AIP you can apply for an OWP.

Somebody told me to get a visitor visa to keep staying here while waiting for my paper..
