I cant believe I am saying this but we got APPROVED IN PRINCIPLE. it hasn't even been 3 months yet since our app was received.

Based on my personal case, my spouse is out of status and he was reporting monthly to CBSA. however I hope this post gives people hope, we are in shock we received a good decision.

Yes we got AIP email. they now want us to send them the Police cert from mexico that's it for now!

Super shocking, our lawyer was like "in my 31 years of doing immigration I have never come across case like yours" we are super happy!!

yeah, because as per forums even June and august applicants are waiting for their AIP . Anyways, again congrats. i must say "happy Friday guys'.

Thank you everyone for the kind well wishes. I hope all of you a speedy processing and stress free sponsorship. Keep in mind, its easy to compare each others processing times etc. lets keep an open mind and know that everyone files different.

There are so many variables with sponsorships, can depend on the officer processing, officer reading PRRA, etc.

I know I seem "lucky" but its really gods will and my spouse and are blessed to have had this descion made so quick.
