As of January 27 my hUsband application change to in process and it had been 2 months now and still nothing sounds like we failed.

I am new here and I am Canadian citizen from Vancouver my wife is in Vietnam we got married 14 months ago and applied her on
Oct/30/2014 Visa office in Singapore received my application on Feb/2/2015 and I received an email Apr/15/2015 that she is in interview list and waiting time is 24 months.

We were chatting for 4 months than I went to Vietnam met her we were traveling in Vietnam and I met her family I was there for 22 days, after 4 months I went back and we got married big wedding ceremony all pictures I was there for 3 weeks again, than after 4 months I went there for here birthday and stayed 3 weeks again and after 4 months I went to Vietnam, and we went to Thailand for honeymoon and we have all pictures, Viber conversation every day 4-5 hours all my airplane ticket's hotels western union every month sending money for her, and so and so everything very organized sent to CIC, and I thought we will not get the interview we are very sad and stressed that we have to wait for over 2 years now.

Anyone knows what happened next?? or what we can do to help it??

Hi you should order gcms notes to see what are the red flag on your file. Btw I'm from Vancouver also, well Surrey. If your on the interview list you just have to wait. But order those notes and see the red flags are

I'm wondering if a red flag could have been the short time between meeting and marrying? I wasn't able to clearly tell if it was four months or another four after that. How well did you describe the development of the relationship?

I don't want you to get your hopes up but my husband interview was 11 months. It says up to 24 months and to order the notes https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=j_E_dq_uLVo check out this YouTube video it will show you how to fill out the consent form. Your spouse in vietnam does have to sign it.

can I ask you what happened with your husband interview?
I can think of 2 red flags in my case 1th my wife is 20 years younger than me 2th she is Vietnamese and im Canadian but her English is good we talk 7-8 hours a day.

My husband interview went well the thing that happen was on one of the paper work the lawyer had his uncle last name is the same as mine so it's taking a little longer but it did change to in process since January 27 2015. Make sure you save everything bills chat receipts your wife in vietnam does she use pay as you go or monthly bill??

I mean cell phone. My husband switch to monthly phone bill in Vietnam for more evidence. While your in Vietnam where ever you go keep the receipts

Oh she is not on billing but we talk on Viber all the time and I save and print all conversation, and yes I do save all my receipts and pictures wherever we go.
I sent CIC a lot of them.

Has anyone got interviewed recently (last month or last week ) ? I read from a couple of people and none of them having their LLTP2 collected after the interview. I had the interview last week and mine didn't get collected either. They took some of our photos, im not sure if its good or bad. Please give me some information if you know or hear from anyone having the same situation as me.
