Well guys I have good and bad news
The good news I received a letter from CIC
The bad news it is the CIT 0171 Residency Questionnaire RQ
Any prior advises what best to enclose as supporting documents... and how long for them to process after submitting my RQ??
By the way ECAS doesn't show that the letter was sent although posted January 25th

is that the full long questionnaire or the shorter version? I am not familiar with the RQ at all or the timeline around it. What kind of information do they ask for?That's odd, did you have many trips? And how did your interview go? did the officer hint anything about a RQ?
It is the long form, they are asking literally for everything to prove that I am a living individual on planet earth.
My job requires that I go for business trips, yes I have a long record of short travels. All visas to different countries all issued from Ottawa. The officer during the interview said that she received all my clearances and this shouldn't take long.
She did mention though, if she will need anything, she'll send me a request within 10 days of the test, 18 NOV. so she did, except after 60 days, that's really the frustrating part...
Well, I am digging in my receipts, all kind of records and wondering if they will ever go through them.. Otherwise why would they ask again for some of the docs already submitted in the application ....
Apparently a long journey is still ahead, wish you a better luck nncs...

I'm assuming your friend is from the Ottawa office? Do you know if his/her ecas changed to DM after the test? Was the Oath invite on ecas or by mail or both?zoya_99 said:
