Ottawa Office forwarded my Application to Buffalo AGAIN !!!

Hi Guys,

I am May 2011 applicant, Buffalo sent my application to Ottawa in September, did the medical in December, and today i sent an inquiry to Ottawa, but they answered

Please note that your file is currently in Buffalo, United States, please forward your email to:
re-buffalo-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

Any ideas what does this mean?

yes, this has been happening for all the CPPO applications. They r transferred back to buffalo, and in many cases the applications are further transferred to other US visa offices.

Yeah, but they said GCMS takes 3 to 4 months, not sure if i am late for it...

i sent an email to cpp-ottawa yesterday, surprisely received a reply today. it as follow:

your file is being forwarded to buffalo. The next thing you hear from them should be a letter, in a few weeks time, asking you to pay to them the right of permanent residence fee and explaining procedures and documents required for visa issuance.
