I would do all the work to complete an inland sponsorship forms, then have a lawyer review these forms before i send them out:

Here nobody wants that kind of assignment! In fact one lawyer just left the phone saying we do not do that partial kind of work.. Boy it shocks me how this immigration rules have created so much business for the lawyers that no one cares.

Would any one happen to know a lawyer etc for this type of work than doing the whole application that would cost me over 5000$ that i do not have.?

please assist me if any body has done such work for you or ideas where by the forms are reviewed by a lawyer to ensure all looked ok?

Don't be shocked.
Lawyers are in the business to make money! ( They have very nice cars )

Why do you need a lawyer to review your forms? Surely there must be a more
cost effective consultant, adviser, student, or friends to help you with that.
Keep looking

How much are you offering to pay for the lawyer to review your work?

Remember when the lawyer agrees to take you as a client he is responsible for the work as well. In other words if something wasn't done properly then you could sue him/her.

Which is why the lawyer would much prefer to do everything for you. It's not just a matter of money.

If you approach lawyers with your proposal they will get the idea you are trying to save money and want a cheap deal. They take the risks though. So it isn't so simple.

It is the same with all other professions. No accountant would agree to just "review" and sign off on your tax returns you did yourself and then take responsibility if things go wrong later. Doctors. Engineers.

It would be better for you to just let someone handle it for you and find the best deal for that work.

Instead of hiring a lawyer with money you do not have, get a consultant or someone who has successfully completed the application to check over your work.

Caveat was they don't take responsibility. Make sure it is ready to send.Just veryfy look n i pay. One wanted 2500. Nobody wants to do than pay 5k for the whole thing. Nope nobody cheaper. Called pile they too busy with refugees n representing lots in courts

I look at consultants. Else with the help here i think i can manage it.

And 2 out 20 care to call back even for consultation. And all said no adhoc advises. Either all or go

So i will do it n let us see.

This is normal. Lawyers only take on doing entire applications. $5,000 is the right price for that.

If you just want someone to review your documents, you should be looking to hire an immigration consultant - not an immigration lawyer.

thanks thats the next step i will look into though one told me while back 2000

So must likely i will do my due diligence n do myself. I still have time.

Agreed, that's the best course of action for you. We paid our consultant around 2500, but he was in charge of the whole application process (although we still ended up doing most of the work procuring information, etc). For a consultant to just check your application at the end should be no more than 1000, but to each their own.

You're better off doing it yourself since you will care more for it to be correct. Use this forum for any questions you may have.
