Ottawa and AOR

I've been combing through the spreadsheets and it appears the Ottawa VO doesn't supply AOR's, is this correct? We've been using the application number to check on my husbands application status. I'm assuming my husband won't be issued an UCI until the end, is this also correct?

if your husband is the applicant, that is correct. the applicant generally does not receive a uci number until CIC reaches out for more info or the passport request. there are also applicants who don't receive it until they get their copr in the mail.

if your husband is the sponsor, then his uci will be on the sponsor eligibility letter received.

yep, pretty much. though i doubt it will take 4-6 months for them to start processing your app. only time will tell.
