Hi All,

If you have an English nick name you are known by (work, friends, etc) but it is not in your passport / ID do you still declare in the the express entry form? Reason is they actually ask for proof of this which there is none.

Please advise if I should just take it out?

Thanks

No, You don't declare any other name unless you have legal proof of that or you used that name somewhere legally, lets say when you pay your tax, when you make your driver license, health card, passport.

I believe you don't need to mention your other name. People can be called by many names at work, school , etc if they find easy to speak or thats what you like to be called.

I hope it helps you
