I've used an alias as my first name (same last name as passport) since my given first name is very long and tough to pronounce. In the intake documents checklist website (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp#document_checklist) it indicates that I may need to provide documentation on this? What sort of documentation can I provide? it's not a legal name, but it is used by my employer and my bank (same institution). Any ideas? Anyone has navigated this?
