under the eligible family relation, I mean when the PR or the citizen does not have family member to sponsor, e can sponsor anybody respective of age or relationship. under this settings is interview needed and how long does the sponsorship to PR visa duration takes, since the PR or citizen has no body to sponsor except the person of any age or relationship.

If they have any of these, they can't use the "other" relative sponsor process.

How long it takes depends on where you're from. I believe you're from Ghana. If that's correct, you're looking at around 2-3 years processing time.
