My file moved to OSC Ottawa past week from CIO.

OSC sucks big time in processing applications in 2021 & 2022.

Created this thread to track 2022/2023 AOR applicants timeline and share any useful insights as moving along in 2023..

MEP/Bio/GU1 - 9 Nov 2022
Criminality - Passed
Info Sharing - In Progress (Since 9 Nov)
Eligibility - Not started (since 9 Nov, but file transferred to OSC in Jan 1st week)
Security - Not started
Primary VO - OSC Ottawa (previously CIO)
Secondary VO - CIO (previously CPC Ottawa)

Kind of in a similar situation

AOR: November 18, 2022
Medical + Biometrics completed: December 5, 2022
Criminality: Passed (call to IRCC)
Background check + Eligibility: Not Started

When I called IRCC they gave no information about SVO. But they did mention PVO was OSC.
Do you guys know of any similar cases and when they received their portal email?

Any updates on your application?
I received my GCMS notes yesterday and Background Check and Eligibility are still Not Started.

All passed per Tracker since 27 Mar. Waiting for Portal. See my signature for more info.

That's nice. At least it's moving forward.
In your signature you have mentioned that VO changed to CPC Ottawa on Jan 18. Did you do something to trigger that? I have tried calling IRCC 4 times already and always get the same response that "we do not need anything at the time and we will process within the 12 months on our website".
I received my GCMS notes yesterday. It mentions Eligibility and Background Check as Not Started yet which is getting me a little bit worried.
I have had no GU or any updates on tracker after Dec 5 when my Medical was marked as Completed.

My PVO is OSC and SVO is CIO.

The agent on the call said my center is OSC Ottawa.
Is this different from CPC Ottawa

And does this center process within 6 months?
