I have a plan to own a restaurant with getting into debt by the agreement we’ll do with the current owner. This restaurant makes some money.
I’m a protected person and waiting my PR.
As an information I’m also in a Common Law status. But we did nothing that shows us as acommon law partner. My Common law partner will be my business partner also.
I have also plan to start school and apply for Osap.
Currently I’m an Uber driver.
Do you think I can get Osap in these circumstances? (After all registration process of the restaurant will be done? )
