My wife lives with me in canada as a visitor. She have US green card. But now am applying for permanent residency. Am a undergraduate student and i have applied for OSAP GRANT ONLY. does it have any impact on my wife's application?
OSAP loans and grants do not have an impact on spousal sponsorship. You must however be able to demonstrate that you are not on welfare and show how you intend to support your wife once she is in Canada.
