My PGWP got approved on the 27th Of October 2022 and still have not received the original work permit document.
After waiting 6 weeks, I've submitted a couple of web forms to IRCC and tried to contact them via the Hotline number. The hotline number always disconnected after waiting a long time and even didn't get any positive reply for the Webform requests. But now I have a situation where need to provide my original work permit within 1 week.
Based on my research, I've got a few options in order to obtain my work permit document.
1. Report a lost or stolen case and try to get a work permit somehow.
2. Bring my work permit approval letter somewhere (Service Canada, immigration office, etc.) and asked them to provide my original document.
3. Continue trying to contact via hotline & web forms.
Please, I need your kind advice and opinions to sort out this matter.
