Original signature on dl extract

Hi..we landed last week in Brampton...we brought driving licence extract from Gurgaon India ..but they are not accepting it bcz signature of concerned officer is scanned not original..but we brought what they issued us..plz anyone tell what can we do now

I am also facing the same issue i had a scanned document of Extract. So , how did it went throught , what you did ? Can you help this query
