I send the CIC the original, and now they are telling me it is copy. if I will do it again it will takes 120 days
what am I supposed to do ?

If it is truly an original police check you need to tell them that - email or call them and ask why they think it's a copy. I know cases where the officers have made a mistake and have wasted applicants' time - don't let them bully you!

I am scared if I do this they will delay my application, but I ll send them email tell them it is orginal.

I don't think it will do any good to argue with Immigration. Contact the RCMP and see if you can get another transcript of your original check - or go to an agency like Commissionaires and get a digital clearance done. It doesn't take 120 days and they send the results straight to CIC. (You may need paperwork from CIC in order to get this done, so find out from Commissionaires first and then, if that's the case, ask CIC to send you the paperwork). Processing of your application is being delayed anyway pending this being resolved.
