Orientation requirement for Open Work Permit for Filipinos???

Hi to all.

Will I be required to attend any orientation seminar (such as PDOS, etc.) if I have been issued a Spousal Open Work Permit? If yes, where should I register for the said orientation? But if not, will there be any problem in immigration during the departure?
