Organizing application package

i have studied through the forum to organize it into 3 envelopes ( applicant, sponser, proof of relationship) But i have a few question regarding what to put where.

1) the fee receipt
2) my husband's (sponsor) divorce certificate, but it was ask to attached from IMM5285 ( which is an applicant form)

and for the check list do i just check all documents in all 3 envelops and sent off only 1 copy instead of having one for each envelop for what is inside?


thanks in advance, my anxiety kicks in and very paranoid that it might got return to me if i didnt do it right.

Ultimately it doesn't really matter, as long as it's all there and neat. The officer who looks at your application will pull it all apart anyway.

I had that question before too as I had to iclude a divorce certificate. I just included one original of the one I got from the courthouse, even though the sponsor checklist said include a photocopy and the Philippines checklist said a certified true copy. The entire app will remain together in the end and from what I have been told some documents are scanned in electronically so they are easily accessible during the processing.
