Order of names in passport

My name in passport is as below.
Surname - Goda Gamage
Given Names - Sahan Niroshan Piyathilaka

But in all of my other documents (degree certificates, marriage certificate, bank accounts..) my name is stated as "Goda Gamage Sahan Niroshan Piyathilaka"

Will this be an issue for the PR process?
Should I submit an affidavit to WES/ITA or should I alter my passport?

Please help.

Mention your name as shown in passport for IELTS/WES and EE profile

@mjawarani, Thanks for the reply. Is it okay to submit an affidavit when we will submit the documents for ITA

You will have to submit an affidavit along with your application when you submit all documents once you get the ITA, during EE profile creation no documents are to be submitted.

Is it "Sahan Niroshan Piyathilaka Goda Gamage" ?

Getting an alteration in my passport is also possible because I have not yet created accounts for IELTS/WES.
Will changing the passport have any other effects?

no but its better not to alter, thats your main identity. You can make an affidavit saying all these are your names and its very common.
