"Four Year Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Optometry"

What does it mean ? Which level I select in Express Entry profile?

My senior is having same equaliecy from IQAS . He did degree in pharmacy. His ECA is :

"Four Year bachelor of science degree with a focus in Pharmacy"

Is it also bachelor?

But reality is "He got Professional Degree points " in Express Entry.
