I am above 50 & have experience in Canada for about a year as PR. Now outside Canada & refused PRTD because of Residency Obligation. What are the options available for me to apply as a new applicant for PR? Will PNP be better?

For Express Entry direction, you'll need to have a score of 470+ to have a good chance of being selected. You'll likely struggle to achieve this number of points due to your age. However you should calculate your points all the same to confirm.

If you don't have enough points for Express Entry direct, then yes, you'll need to research the PNP programs. Another alternative could be the self-employment program if you qualify.
