B Bs65 VIP Member Mar 22, 2016 13,190 2,419 Nov 20, 2020 #2 Same as anyone else research the various immigration programs, there is no specific EU program https://www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html Depending on age maybe apply for a working holiday permit when that program opens again https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/iec.html Other than that you would need an employer to sponsor a job offer backed up by an LMIA to show no resident is available which generally can be almost impossible, more so with COVID
