Hi,

1. I'm about to sponsor my wife and I have recently got a job and I havent completed 12 months of stay in canada as i recently got migrated to canada (PR) - so without option "c" can i send the application .

2. How many payslips I have to show in case of filling my spouse file and how much bank balance too I have to show?

Regards

Sudharshan

There is no income requirement for spousal sponsorship........if you don't have option C, then attach a copy of your last Tax Assessment, and/or a copy of job confirmation letter from your employer, etc.

CIC just wants to see you're not on welfare/social services without a justifiable reason.

My husband is employed full time but we forgot to get his option c paper and immigration is getting a little cranky as crossed often before to get medication so I only have until December 26th ( stamped date in my passport, not a deportation date ) and I don't want to push my luck. Can I send in a paystub and or a place note from his supervisor? I don't know how long it takes to get the paper ans I'm a little nervous about this.
