option c printout

Hi,
My wife who lives with me in the UK and has done for the last 11yrs is a Canadian who is sponsoring me. Does she need an option C printout when she hasn't been in Canada for so long. I can't seem to get an answer on this. Any help would be appreciated as I have everything else ready to go on my application.

Hi,

If your sponsor hasnt been in Canada for 11 years, she couldnt avail for that option-C printout since she didnt file his/her taxes in Canada. What other options are get a copy of his payslips, T4 and also if he filed income-tax return in the country where he is staying right now, you have to send those documents too. Write a letter to the CIC about your situation that he couldnt provide the option C print-out.
