Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I had been out of canada for almost 18 months came back in March 2009 got married, sponsord my husband in September 2009. My question is .. should i have sent my option C with my docoments to CPCM? I have not sent it with my application. I have sent the letter from my employer stating I have been working since April 2009 and my wages etc. I am afraid if my application could be refused becasue of this option C.. please reply

Further I called today CIC agent and informed them about this issue. They just said i dont have to worry, I should request for Option C printout to Revenue Canada and keep this printout with me and send to CPCM only if they request for it...

Did anyone sent application without Option C and got approval.. please share with me

Thanks

Spousal sponsorships are financially exempt. That being said, lots of people are in similar situations to you and provide what you have provided without any problems. You would not have one anyway so all you could get is a letter from Revenue Canada stating that there are no tax records on file for you as of yet. Very doubtful you will have any problems.

My Candian husband-to-be was illegally in the states for most of his life. He just moved back to Canada this April, so he too doesn't have an Option C Prinout this year, or any!! We are just going to have him call Revenue Canada, get the letter, and send it with a letter from his employer, and pay stubs. I'm assuming once sponsorship is approved, you know this matter is over with. But again, that's just an assumption.

have you already applied for the PR without option C?
