Option C printout initialed by CRA?

I noticed at the bottom of the Option C printout i received from CRA there is a box that says "released at the request of an authorized individual in accordance with Section 241 of the Income Tax Act" - and then has a box for Initials and Date.
My form has the date filled in, but it looks like nobody from CRA initialed the form.

Will this be a problem?
